Your data ownership
Your data is yours. JADOM AI does not store, sell, or share your company information with third parties. Data used in each project is deleted upon contract completion, unless you agree otherwise in writing.
AI models used
We work with the leading models available: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source models as needed. We inform you which models will be used and under what privacy conditions they operate. You can request options without external processing.
Deployment options
We can build solutions in the cloud or within your infrastructure (on-premise), according to your organization's security requirements. If your company operates in regulated sectors like finance or healthcare, we have experience adapting deployments to those environments.
Regulatory compliance
We operate under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 for personal data protection and recognize the CCPA principles of California for US clients. Each project includes a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before any sensitive information is exchanged.
Access and control
You have access to all artifacts, code, and models we build for your company. We do not create hidden dependencies. At project completion you receive complete documentation and can operate without JADOM AI if you choose.
Team confidentiality
All JADOM AI team members sign confidentiality agreements before accessing any project. Your company data is accessible only to people directly assigned to your project.
